German Shepherds - The Girls
Elka
Elka is a young black german shepherd bred from working and sports dog lines. She is very bold, confident and friendly, good with other dogs and has a strong herding instinct. We are training for Schutzhund and Working Trials which involve tracking, obedience and protection work and demonstrates her ability as a working dog. She really enjoys all phases but is equally at home cuddled up on the sofa. Elka loves balls and any sort of games, she is very bright, quick to learn. Elka has qualified BH which is a schutzhund temperament and obedience test and has passed her Kennel Club Good Citizens "Silver" Award. She will take her Gold Test in the spring and I hope to be competing in working trials afterwards.

Moonwater Najal "Jabba"
Jabba is Elka's daughter from our litter to Notspol Alfie. Like her mother she is very quick and bright with a real desire to please. She loves any sort of training and is quick to learn. She loves to get things right and her favourite game is bringing you presents; shoes, socks, toys, metal objects, the TV remote, in fact anything with human scent on it. Luckily she has a good mouth and carries rather than chews otherwise the house would be destroyed! She also loves climbing and jumping so I am hoping she will do well in working trials. She has two brothers and a sister in the Police and two brothers in the Prison Service.
